In just 2 days time I will be heading off to Nakuru for a very quick trip to see the house, Rafiki Mwema, and meet our girls! To say that this is a dream come true is an understatement - to have a therapeutic safe home for these very little young girls is just amazing. Anisha, Lucy, Gtonga and Asaneth have done a wonderful job and it all looks great - However, being just a slight control freak (!!!) I really do need to see things for myself!

I am leaving on Thursday morning and taking out some equipment and clothes for the girls - we are amazed at just how much is needed when you start from scratch.

Hoping that there is a very kind woman/man on duty at BA who will overlook the weight of my bags and the fact that I have too many with me! It is Christmas!

I won't have the internet at the house - we need internet and we need a good security system - so will blog when I am able to get into town and use the internet cafe
